Shipping
FREE shipping on all purchases over $99. In stock items, i,e. most of CKS jewelry, will ship in 1-3 business days. Items that are made to order, i.e. 3D puzzles and personalized items normally ship in 1-10 business days. Custom orders can take weeks, depending on the item(s).
International customers please contact us for estimated shipping costs and be advised that duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. CKS ventures is not responsible for customs and duties. More information on duties and taxes can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
You will be notified when the item(s) are shipped or if there is a delay from the time specified as expected delivery. Please keep in mind, since our items are one-of-kind and or made to order, there may be unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and or exchanges on MOST of our items. You will be informed of items that are non-returnable or exchangeable. We want you to LOVE your selection. We strive for excellent customer service and a delightful shopping experience. We do our best to give full disclosure on all our items and describe them as we see it! However, we are not perfect and may “see” something differently than you! For that reason and any other reason if you are not satisfied with an item, return it.
You must contact us before returning a purchase to let us know that you wish to return a product. Returns MUST be received within 10 days of purchase in original condition, unused and or unworn. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please insure your package! We are NOT responsible for “misguided” packages. Buyer is responsible for postage both. Postage will not be refunded unless the error is ours. Please note – if the original order was purchased using free shipping the refund will be less our cost for shipping it to you and buyer is responsible for return shipping also.
